Allen Cox
Allen Cox, Jr. is the President of Bellator Real Estate’s Coastal Division.  Allen merged his company, Ono Island Realty, with Bellator in the Spring of 2013. He is the older brother of Bellator CEO Nathan Cox, and both he and Nathan could not be more excited about the opportunities that their combining of forces has created for both themselves and the entire Bellator family.

Allen earned his real estate license in 1992 and began working on the beginning stages of the development of TimberCreek subdivision in Daphne.  He moved his license to Ono Realty in 1993, where he immediately took an interest in working on-site for preconstruction condo sales.  He earned his broker’s license in 1994 and has also served as the managing broker for the development and close-out of several condo projects and numerous other developments in the South Baldwin market.

Allen gained full ownership of Ono Realty in 1997, where he went on to work for 16 years producing over $750,000,000 in closed volume. During that time, he personally closed over $100,000,000 in transactions and acquired several other companies including Sun South Realty and Baldwin Real Estate.  Over the years, he has developed a zeal and tremendous level of expertise on all things related to Ono Island— especially in the area of high-end new construction homes.

Allen was born in 1971 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, but was raised in Mobile where he graduated from UMS-Wright Preparatory School in 1989.  He has been happily married to Gina Locatto Cox since 1996 and is the proud father of two teenage sons: Wilton Allen Cox, III (Wil) and John Nathan Cox.  Allen’s greatest joy has been having the opportunity to serve as a volunteer coach in the Spanish Fort Park System, where he has coached each of his sons and their peers in both football and baseball.  Allen’s hobbies include fishing, hunting and traveling with his family.
